• Account data: name, work email, phone number, company and role.
• Operational data: shipment, route, warehouse and workforce records created while using the platform.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and interactions.
• Location data: collected from driver and field applications only when the app is in use and permission is granted.

2. How we use information

We use information to deliver platform functionality, authenticate users, provide support, ensure security, meet legal obligations and improve product performance. We do not sell personal data.

3. Legal basis and consent

We process data on the basis of contract performance, legitimate business interest, legal obligation, or your consent where required. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to obligations we must retain for compliance.

4. Sharing and disclosure

Information may be shared with customers whose operations you support, sub-processors that host or secure our infrastructure, professional advisors, and authorities where legally required. All sub-processors are bound by confidentiality and data protection commitments.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as an account remains active and thereafter only as required for legal, tax, audit or dispute resolution purposes. Operational records may be retained in aggregated or anonymised form.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, role-based access control, network segregation, logging and periodic security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, so please report suspected issues to us immediately.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Requests are answered within 30 days.
