Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be authorised to act on behalf of your organisation to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of registration details and for all activity performed with your credentials.

2. Permitted use

The platform may be used only for lawful logistics and fulfilment operations.

• Do not reverse engineer, copy, resell or sub-licence any part of the platform.
• Do not upload malicious code or attempt to bypass access controls.
• Do not use the services to infringe third-party rights or applicable law.

3. Subscriptions and fees

Fees, usage limits and billing frequency are set out in your order form or subscription plan. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and are payable in advance.

4. Customer data and ownership

You retain ownership of the data you submit. We retain all rights in the platform, software, models and documentation. You grant us a limited licence to process your data to deliver the services.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but the services may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or events beyond our control. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance wherever practical.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for non-payment, security risk or breach of these terms. Either party may terminate a subscription in line with the notice period in the applicable order form.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions can be sent to legal@coxswainlogistics.app.
